All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated from time to time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Valsey & Me may accept, modify, or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, cancel duplicate or suspicious orders, and require additional verification for payment. Taxes and shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Because many of our goods are handmade to order, production time may vary and is in addition to shipping transit time. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are approximate. Valsey & Me is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before submitting a return request.

7. Intellectual Property

All photography, product descriptions, packaging artwork, recipes, scent blends, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of Valsey & Me or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content commercially without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to post abusive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; misuse coupon codes, promotional offers, or referral programs; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or the accounts of other users.

By opting in, you agree to receive promotional text messages from Valsey & Me about new product launches, seasonal collections, restocks, and special offers. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Handmade items may exhibit natural variation in color, shape, and scent, which is part of the character of artisan production.

In no event shall Valsey & Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valsey & Me from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration seated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
